At Cross Border Relocations Japan, we are happy to provide professional assistance to our international clients in the case of any emergency 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. We are on call to provide support in 7 languages.
Moving to a foreign country can come with many challenges and problems. Our long-standing expertise in assisting international families relocating to Japan enables us to effectively serve our clients in an emergency situation, where time is of the essence. Whatever the emergency, our clients can simply pick up the phone to be connected to one of our multilingual consultants. We pride ourselves on not only being available to assist over the phone. Our consultants also provide on-site support to provide a helping hand to our clients in person. We most often assist with issues related to our client’s housing such as being locked out, electricity or plumbing issues, but we are also frequently contacted concerning health and medical emergencies. In times of trouble, our consultants are on call and ready to be of assistance.
