The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the health system in Japan, and Japan has become well known as one of the countries taking some of the most stringent measures to prevent the spread of the disease. The rules and regulations regarding entry to and movement within Japan are frequently changing, thus we are regularly adapting our services to be able to serve our clients throughout these troublesome times.
We at Cross Border Relocations Japan continue to adapt our services in adherence to current COVID restrictions and ever-changing entry requirements. When entry to Japan is suspended and movement within Japan is prohibited, we are able to provide some of our accompanied services, such as property tours, virtually for the benefit of our clients. We can also arrange airport pick up and transfer to hotels or directly to our clients’ homes for quarantine purposes, and provide a COVID Care Kit (masks, thermometer, COVID test kit, sanitizer) and carry out daily health checks (condition and temperature) for our clients during isolation or quarantine. If any issues arise related to the overall condition of any of our clients, or in the case that they experience symptoms of COVID 19, we ensure that they are referred to the correct medical facility, and we are always on hand to provide any necessary translation support between the client and the relevant medical staff. Our consultants work closely with our clients in order to meet their needs while always remaining in compliance with the latest government rules and regulations.
